We are hiring an experienced Account Manager to represent the department at its highest level and standards and be responsible for strategic planning and overseeing of the creation of both traditional and digital campaigns.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver world class work
Support Account Director and Project Director on day to day client and account requirements
Accountable for client status meetings and status, ensuring excellent attention to detail across all tasks
Financial reporting on accounts
Learn the client business, brand and products
Build trust and confidence with all departments
Work closely with our clients to ensure project plans and budgets are met at delivery
Drive experimentation on channels and new content opportunities to ensure we’re operating at the forefront of the ever-evolving media landscape
Build relationships with media and partner agencies
Ensure projects are on time and on budget within your remit
Build understanding of the business functions and disciplines
Drive agility, efficiency and momentum on projects
Requirements:
3+ years’ experience in a marketing / agency environment
Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting is a plus
Fantastic interpersonal skills
Comfortable leading business discussions with senior stakeholders and clients
Ability to excel and happily balance several overlapping projects and brand priorities simultaneously
Positive, team player attitude
