In this role, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of partners, focusing on the long-term success of each relationship. You’ll be supported by a central team dedicated to optimising processes and enhancing every stage of the partner journey, allowing you to maximise your impact. You’ll work closely with the Partnership Development, Growth, Operations, and Product teams to ensure our partners’ needs are heard and met. As the main point of contact, you’ll gather feedback and insights that will influence our business roadmap and contribute to Powerdot’s overall strategy.
Job Responsibility:
Managing and nurturing a portfolio of partners to ensure ongoing success and mutual growth
Developing strong communication channels with each partner, fostering trust and collaboration
Holding regular partner meetings to review performance, identify new opportunities, and deepen engagement
Negotiating with third parties for the continuous expansion of our network
Analyzing partner performance data to uncover insights and support strategic decision-making
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve partner experience, and unlock new business opportunities
Coordinating with other Partnership Success team members to align goals and ensure timely delivery on commitments
Requirements:
A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit with a knack for problem-solving and decisionmaking
2-4 years of experience in business development, account management, or client facing roles where you’ve built relationships and delivered results
Strong commercial acumen with a keen eye for identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities
A data-driven mindset, comfortable analyzing performance metrics to guide your actions
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, ideally with experience using CRM tools
Outstanding communication skills in both Spanish and English—able to engage, persuade, and influence at all levels
