We are seeking an experienced Manager, Account Strategy to build, execute, and manage innovative advertising solutions using our proven conversion-driven and brand-building products. Reporting to a Senior Manager, Account Strategy, you will handle end-to-end omnichannel ad campaigns across managed and self-service channels. You will lead campaign setup, pacing, optimization, and reporting, providing strategic insights and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction. This position seamlessly blends strategic planning and tactical execution, requiring a deep understanding of brand marketing goals, translating them into actionable media strategies, and delivering measurable results. You will serve as a subject matter expert in media planning, audience tactics, and platform activation, managing day-to-day client interactions and contributing to revenue growth through strategic recommendations.
Job Responsibility
Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop strategic plans and execute managed-service and self-service campaigns, acting as a strong executor and consultative partner within your defined scope
Media Proposal Development: Collaborate with Sales and Account teams to develop strategic, data-driven media proposals aligned with client objectives
Client Stewardship: Lead external advertiser and agency calls, demonstrating expertise in media tactics, audience strategy, and campaign management
Omnichannel Expertise: Deeply understand and apply diverse media types, including paid search, programmatic display, direct digital sponsorships, CTV, social media, digital OOH, and experiential in-store tactics
Performance Insights: Communicate campaign performance metrics, insights, and optimization recommendations regularly to internal and external stakeholders
Quality Assurance: Adhere to internal SLAs and QA processes, ensuring seamless campaign launches and high-quality client experiences
Revenue Growth: Confidently present strategic upsell recommendations with a strong executive presence to drive incremental revenue from clients and agencies
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally to traffic campaigns effectively across various ad technology platforms and collaborate with internal teams (sales, creative, product, yield) to align on strategy, assets, and execution
Troubleshooting: Monitor campaign performance daily, making data-driven adjustments to improve KPIs, and resolve technical or campaign issues promptly
Financial Management: Oversee budgets, pacing, and forecasting to ensure efficient spend and goal alignment
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related area
3+ years of experience managing digital media campaigns or consulting on digital campaigns across display, video, social, search, and programmatic platforms
Deep understanding of digital media metrics (CPM, ROAS, CPC, CTR, etc.) and media math for optimization
Proven client-facing experience with proactive risk identification, solution development, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor
Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong presentation and storytelling skills
Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple priorities in a rapidly evolving environment
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, SQL, or Power BI
Nice to have
Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
Extensive experience in programmatic advertising, including deep knowledge of DSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges
Proven track record of successfully influencing advertiser investments and expanding media mix adoption
