Bolt Food is looking for an Account Manager to be the driving force behind the success of our restaurant partners for the new Bolt Food service. You will be their dedicated point of contact, helping them maximize their business volume and revenue on the new platform.
Job Responsibility
Achieve growth by contributing to the country's targets through building strong business relationships with a portfolio of business partners, restaurants in the designated area
Manage, organize and negotiate eater-facing campaigns that will increase business volume and revenue
Analyze key performance metrics to gain insights driving and improving customer performance
Forecast growth and evaluate the achievement of our business goals
Lead re-negotiation of restaurant contract conditions such as commission rates and campaign plans
Work with cross functional departments to drive business growth (Campaigns, Merchant operations, Customer Service, Courier Operations)
Engage in commercial conversations with restaurant partners via phone, email, Zoom and meetings on an ongoing basis to monitor and support progress toward their business objectives
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Consulting, or a similar commercial role
Expert analytical skills: ability to interpret, prioritize business impact, present data to generate insights and support decision-making
Commercial vein: ability to build and maintain long term professional relationships with business partners using listening, negotiation and persuasion skills
Excellent communicator: ability to effectively communicate with many stakeholders involved
Fluent in Estonian, English, and Russian at a business level
