Account Manager

• Serve as a bridge between clients and our production/creative teams — coordinate estimates, scheduling, production, fulfillment, and final delivery to ensure jobs are on time and high-quality
• Grow and nurture business — identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (print, direct mail, mailing, promos, storefronts, fulfillment) to expand client accounts and drive revenue
• Provide stellar customer service — maintain open communication, manage client expectations, quickly solve problems, and ensure satisfaction through every project

• A relationship-builder with strong communication skills
• Familiar (or excited to learn) with commercial printing — offset, digital, bindery, direct mail, fulfillment, etc.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to coordinate multiple jobs and deadlines
• Sales-driven: proactive about growing accounts, spotting opportunities, and helping clients leverage services
• A team player who collaborates well across departments — production, creative, marketing
