Job Description:

We are looking for an account manager to develop our business. Altavia China is an agency of the Altavia group. Job Responsibility:

Responsible for maintaining existing client relationships
ensuring service quality
continuously exploring service optimization solutions
improving work efficiency and quality
build communication bridges with clients
handle demand adjustments during product production and implementation
tap into and realize the potential for client collaboration
provide professional consulting and solutions in printing and production to meet client needs
participate in the optimization of the company’s business processes, covering pre-press, printing, production, and manufacturing stages, to enhance operational efficiency
assist superiors in building a procurement network
perfecting the supplier information database
improving supply chain management
provide technical support and implementation suggestions for the company’s front-end business, such as packaging design, to ensure projects are completed on schedule
collaborate closely with internal teams, sharing business resources and product development information to promote teamwork
other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in the related industry
at least 3 years of experience in communication
printing and production knowledge
proficient in Office software
familiar with printing and publishing as well as production-related software operations
positive work attitude
attention to detail
ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and business travel
excellent negotiation and communication skills
project management capabilities
strong customer service awareness
good communication skills in both Chinese and English, as well as Cantonese
team spirit
ability to maintain high efficiency under pressure
good adaptability and learning capabilities
