Job Description:

Account Manager responsible for managing local client relationships in Omnicare, supporting continued care communities as part of CVS Health's mission to help people on their path to better health.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage local client relationships
  • Build strong client relationships
  • Attend client meetings within LTC facilities
  • Develop cadence of regular client meetings
  • Deliver quarterly Executive Reviews
  • Identify at-risk accounts and develop action plans
  • Manage routine client support activities
  • Resolve client issues and requests
  • Partner with Key Account team
  • Present Omnicare value proposition for new products
  • Manage facility expectations of contractual covenants
  • Deliver non-clinical facility training
  • Assist District Manager on contract renewals
  • Onboard new facilities
  • Operate with strong business acumen

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in pharmacy/long-term care and/or client/account management fields
  • Must reside within southern Kentucky, western Kentucky, or southern Indiana
  • Must be able to travel 75%-90% of time within southern Kentucky, western Kentucky, or southern Indiana
  • Must be willing to work Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm Eastern Standard Time
  • Valid driver's license and ability to provide proof of insurance

  • Proficiency with CRMs, specifically Salesforce
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven success utilizing project management skills
  • Ability to strategically and creatively solve problems
  • Track record of performing under pressure
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
