Randstad Winnipeg is currently looking for a motivated and driven Account Manager to join a fantastic, growing organization located in the North of Winnipeg.
Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts across Canada
Research, identify, and develop new business development opportunities
Project-manage new sales campaigns with customers
Manage pricing and contract negotiations from implementation to execution
Collaborate with the rest of the sales department on proposals and development opportunities
Develop and implement a sales strategy to contribute to the company's goals
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Previous business development and Account Management experience
University degree or College Diploma (preferred)
Ability to build relationships and communicate with key stakeholders
Motivated, persistent, and a great team player
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
Experience with Consumer Packaged Goods will be an asset (ideally in Produce)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to travel within Canada as well as the U.S.
Nice to have:
Experience with Consumer Packaged Goods will be an asset (ideally in Produce)
