Job Responsibility:
Manage client accounts with a proactive and strategic approach
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service delivery
Understand client business objectives and provide strategic guidance where needed
Develop and manage account plans aligned to client goals and agency objectives
Coordinate and oversee campaign execution across internal teams including strategy, creative, development, and growth
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to scope
Manage account budgets and support financial performance and profitability
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth account operations
Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity relevant to client sectors
Continuously improve processes and contribute to operational efficiency within the agency
Requirements:
Proven experience in an Account Manager role within an advertising, creative, or marketing agency environment
Strong understanding of client relationship management and campaign delivery
