Job Responsibility:
Help manage and develop key customer accounts
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
Stay ahead of market trends, proactively developing new business opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met to the highest standards
Handle customer queries and maintain high service levels
Attend customer meetings and record activity in the CRM system
Travel within the UK and occasionally Europe as required
Requirements:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in account management or sales
Ideally within textiles or a manufacturing environment
Natural people person, confident dealing with senior professionals to develop business
Self-motivated, driven and comfortable working autonomously
Commercially aware, able to identify opportunities to grow accounts
Proactive, hunter mentality
