In this role, you’ll be responsible for the success of a strategic portfolio of key accounts, helping us implement the most relevant tools for our partners and users.
Job Responsibility:
Manage a portfolio of key restaurants in mature sectors, acting as a Food Tech expert and a trusted partner for your specific zone
Optimise the profitability of your portfolio through personalised, long-term support built on rigorous data analysis
Analyse performance metrics and take decisive action, providing direct recommendations to the Regional Manager to drive success
Suggest and implement bespoke marketing and promotional campaigns tailored to the needs of your restaurant partners
Closely monitor field operations to optimise the end-to-end experience for both our partners and our customers
Requirements:
Significant experience (typically 2–3+ years) in a similar account management or commercial role, with a proven track record of hitting OKRs
Proven ability to lead complex commercial discussions, including contract negotiations and the deployment of new commercial tools
A strong understanding of how to identify, interpret, and act on commercial and operational performance data
Strong 'on-the-ground' expertise with the ability to maintain high-quality competitive intelligence and travel within your zone (approx. 3 days per week)
Mastery of English (written and spoken) to effectively defend viewpoints and collaborate with international teams
