Account Manager - Functional Drinks. Home-based (UK) with nationwide travel and weekly office visit to London. Are you passionate about health, wellness, and sustainable products? We're looking for an Account Manager to drive the growth of a premium Kombucha brand across the UK. This isn't your typical sales job, you'll take ownership of the brand in your territory, acting like a brand owner while managing and growing relationships with existing accounts.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and hit ambitious growth targets
Build and nurture strong relationships with current and new customers, including foodservice wholesalers, retailers, cafes, restaurants, and hospitality venues
Lead product tastings and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of a high-quality kombucha
Collaborate with marketing to implement campaigns and promotions
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities
Report on sales performance and provide market intelligence to senior management
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, ideally within functional or health-focused drinks
Knowledge of the functional drinks market and existing industry contacts is highly desirable
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Flexible and willing to travel across the UK while working from home
