Job Responsibility:
Handle a portfolio of accounts and flagships companies
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders
Display a customer-centric approach to identify the main needs and allow clients to achieve their goals through Alan
Proactively identify potential signals of dissatisfaction and implement solutions to address them
Promote Alan health partner positioning to generate massive adoption by employees and admins
Analyze and present consumption reports to customers through business reviews
Identify and execute out-of-the-box initiatives to engage existing customers
Be in charge of cross-selling/upselling portfolio to answer customer needs and pain points
Renegotiate contracts to guarantee both great value for money to customers and sustainable profitability
Participate in the evolution of products and services, acting as the voice of customers when discussing with Product teams
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
Experience interacting with C-Levels and/or HRD
Full working proficiency in French
At least advanced level in English
Experience dealing with mid-market segment companies up to 200 employees
Experience managing a portfolio of around 50-100 accounts
Tact and empathy
Expert in creating long-term relationships based on trust and transparency

Ability to develop an in-depth understanding of the health insurance market
Based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz
