At Paribu, you will play a critical role in managing and growing our enterprise client portfolio within a SaaS and digital asset custody ecosystem.
Job Responsibility:
Own and manage relationships with enterprise clients, particularly within banking and financial services
Ensure seamless client onboarding, reducing time-to-live by building scalable onboarding kits and standardized operational procedures
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, managing all post-go-live communication
Drive client adoption and engagement, ensuring active and effective use of our products and services
Develop and execute retention strategies to maximize customer loyalty and minimize churn risk
Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate product value, performance, and impact
Collaborate closely with Finance and Legal teams to support commercial structuring, contract negotiations, and compliant client engagements
Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand account value and grow revenue
Analyze and optimize manual processes to create scalable, efficient client management workflows
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in enterprise account management or client success, preferably within SaaS, FinTech, or financial services
Proven experience managing banking or financial institution clients, including post-implementation relationship ownership
Experience leveraging AI-driven analytics and insights to inform account strategies and optimize client engagement
Strong track record in driving client onboarding, product adoption, and lifecycle management
Ability to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities, while proactively developing new business within existing accounts and client networks to drive sustained revenue growth
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate client needs into scalable business solutions
Solid understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, and digital asset custody solutions is a strong advantage
Experience in analyzing and optimizing manual processes to build scalable and efficient workflows
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers
Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
Experience in contract management and commercial negotiations
Fluent English is a must
