Job Responsibility:

Be the go-to person for your customers - answering questions, solving problems, and building trust
Manage the inbox and respond quickly and professionally to enquiries
Make outbound sales calls and spot new business opportunities (don't worry, full training provided!)
Attend regular sales meetings to share ideas and contribute to team strategy
Work closely with senior leadership on key projects
Build lasting relationships and help customers fall in love with the brand
Represent the company at trade shows and events

Requirements:

A confident communicator who enjoys speaking to people
A naturally positive, proactive attitude - love a challenge
Great organisational skills to juggle tasks and keep things moving
Some sales or customer-facing experience (or the drive to learn fast!)
Must be able to drive due to the office location
