Job Responsibility
Provide excellent customer service
Retention of existing accounts
Insurance sales
Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits – at least once per quarter
Achieve marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations, preparing and completing action plans, implementing quality and customer-service standards, resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends, determining system improvements, implementing change
Identify marketing opportunities by defining market, competitor's share and strengths/weaknesses, forecasting projected business, establishing targeted market share
Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for new and different requests
Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating with marketing department, inventorying stock, placing orders, verifying receipt
Plan meetings and attend trade shows
Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
Requirements
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
3-5 Years previous applicable experience
Preferred prior work experience within senior living communities, sales, and life/health insurance
Ability to obtain health and life insurance license
Reliable transportation
Ability to Lift Up to 50 Pounds
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record
Currently possess a life/health insurance license or the ability to successfully complete the licensing course and exam
Nice to have
Salesforce experience
Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Currently possess a life/health insurance license
