We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Account Manager to manage a portfolio of key accounts and drive our growth in both local and international markets. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying new business opportunities.
Job Responsibility:
Manage Client Relationships: Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell TC Data’s services, including Data Lakehouse, Business Intelligence, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Data Governance, Low-code Application and AI solutions
Project Coordination: Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet client requirements and expectations
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights that support business development efforts
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and account progress using CRM tools
Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to improve service offerings and customer experience
Contract Negotiations: Prepare proposals and participate in contract negotiations to close deals efficiently
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the tech or data industry
Strong understanding of data technologies, particularly Microsoft solutions like Power BI, Azure, or Fabric
Proven track record in managing client relationships and achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed
