Building on our continued success, we’re looking for an Account Manager to drive revenue growth and unlock new commercial opportunities in the Media Technology and Communications vertical, focussed on driving value for customers which require a higher degree of intimacy with more complex solutions or integrations. You’ll take full ownership of a portfolio of existing customers, focusing on retention, expansion, and consistently exceeding revenue and growth targets. This is a highly commercial role where you’ll build strong, multi-level relationships, gain a deep understanding of your customers businesses, and influence key decision-makers. You’ll lead all commercial and contractual discussions, create and deliver winning account plans, and identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities in a competitive market. Working closely with acquisition, business development, and delivery teams, you’ll bring the BT growth story to life and maximise the value of our market-leading network. As a driven sales professional, you’ll champion cutting-edge technology, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and turn opportunity into measurable results—while staying ahead of industry trends and new propositions.

Requirements:
Account Management: Ability to retain, grow, and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts
