Salt is hiring an Account Manager who will support business clients in using advertising solutions effectively and act as a strategic advisor to help clients improve campaign performance and grow revenue. This is a 8-month contract based in Singapore. The role involves aligning client KPIs with various advertising solutions, leading strategic discussions, and troubleshooting issues
Job Responsibility:
Become an expert in ad solutions for businesses of all sizes and tailor recommendations strategically to suit varying client needs
Work with clients to improve the performance of their campaigns
Align clients KPIs with ad solutions to drive incremental value
Grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with clients
Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues
Requirements:
At least 5+ years of experience in account management, brand management, performance marketing, digital marketing, media agency, sales or consulting
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experiences
Manage clients whose usual business language is English
Nice to have:
Strong problem solving and quantitative analytical skills
Ability to influence C levels and build effective relationships
Knowledge of the media landscape of Singapore is essential. Knowledge of digital media is a bonus
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict attention to detail
