We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join our team in Bonita Springs, Florida. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in fostering strong client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction through effective communication and precise documentation. This role requires an individual with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and effective problem-solving skills.
Job Responsibility:
Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide clarifications when required
Ensure all reports and documentation submitted to clients are accurate and complete
Address client concerns and escalate unresolved issues to management for prompt resolution
Maintain and update spreadsheets to track client data and project progress
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and deadlines
Manage email correspondence with clients efficiently and in a courteous manner
Create and maintain complex spreadsheets to streamline reporting and analysis
Monitor client accounts to ensure consistent service delivery and satisfaction
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create, maintain, and analyze complex spreadsheets
Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook for effective email communication
Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
Proven time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Previous experience in account management or customer service is preferred
Knowledge of basic business procedures and practices
