Job Responsibility:

Manage up to 10 key client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
Provide accurate quotes for services and jobs, coordinating schedules seamlessly
Process invoices and ensure precise billing for all services rendered
Drive business growth through upselling and effective client development
Handle medium to large client accounts with confidence and professionalism
Address client queries and deliver exceptional service that sets our client apart
Utilise the CRM system 'Big Change' to streamline account management

Requirements:

Proven experience in account management within a fast-paced environment
Strong prioritisation skills to manage multiple client accounts effectively
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Confidence in quoting, invoicing, and coordinating services
A proactive mindset focused on business growth and client retention

Nice to have:

Familiarity with CRM system 'Big Change'
