As an Off-Street Account Manager, you will play a key role in the acquisition of new customers (parking operators) and in the expansion of existing business relationships in the parking garages/garage sector. In close cooperation with the European Arrive team and the Head of Gated, you will develop solutions for private and public partners.
Job Responsibility:
Establishing new partnerships and maintaining existing customer relationships
Analysis of markets and potential customers as well as identification of relevant leads
Support of the entire sales process – from the first contact to negotiations and the implementation of solutions
Supporting partners in digitizing their park activities
Implementation of training courses and continuous support of the partners
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably selling complex service offerings such as SaaS
Excellent negotiation and communication skills as well as a strong commercial flair
Demonstrable success in key account management or comparable roles
Experience in dealing with CRM systems as well as in working with public clients and larger companies
Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
Analytical skills and strategic thinking to develop business cases and drive partner success
Fluent in German and English
Nice to have:
Degree in business administration or economics or comparable practice-oriented training
Experience working with municipalities or public institutions
