Our client, an innovative company and leader in the field of technical creative materials, is looking for a passionate account manager to drive its market development. Based in Laval, this unique role combines expert technical consulting and proactive account management. Job Responsibility:

  • Manage customer accounts by conducting rigorous follow-ups by phone and email to ensure account retention and growth
  • Provide high-level technical advice to customers and, after training, conduct training sessions for customers
  • Respond to customer technical requests at the counter
  • Collaborate internally to identify growth opportunities and participate in the promotion of specialized products
  • Call customers for account follow-ups, order taking, and billing follow-ups
  • Develop new customers by phone using a pre-established list and your own prospecting list

Requirements:

  • Bilingualism: Excellent command of French and English (essential)
  • Business acumen: Demonstrated ability to build trust over the phone and in person
  • Basic education or experience in visual arts, molding, building materials, or composites is a plus
  • Autonomy: Ability to organize independently and navigate Microsoft Office 365, Canva, and Sharepoint tools effectively
