Job Responsibility:
Manage customer accounts by conducting rigorous follow-ups by phone and email to ensure account retention and growth
Provide high-level technical advice to customers and, after training, conduct training sessions for customers
Respond to customer technical requests at the counter
Collaborate internally to identify growth opportunities and participate in the promotion of specialized products
Call customers for account follow-ups, order taking, and billing follow-ups
Develop new customers by phone using a pre-established list and your own prospecting list
Requirements:
Bilingualism: Excellent command of French and English (essential)
Business acumen: Demonstrated ability to build trust over the phone and in person
Basic education or experience in visual arts, molding, building materials, or composites is a plus
Autonomy: Ability to organize independently and navigate Microsoft Office 365, Canva, and Sharepoint tools effectively
Important asset: An interest in the arts community
