As an Account Manager, you will own strategic and complex customer relationships. With support from account leadership, you’ll operate as a primary commercial steward post-sale, responsible for long-term account health, renewal predictability, and value-led expansion. You will serve as a lifecycle owner — driving structured account planning, leading user engagement through QBRs, managing escalations, and partnering closely with Technical Success to ensure customers realize measurable outcomes. Along the way, you’ll play a critical role in helping shape the Account Management function at Bubble, refining account planning standards and influencing cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Success.
Job Responsibility
Own a portfolio of some of our largest accounts
Develop and execute structured, multi-quarter account plans
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic check-ins
Drive predictable renewals and identify expansion opportunities
Proactively identify account health risks and escalate cross-functional interventions
Partner closely with Technical Success Management to align commercial and technical strategy
Surface product feedback and customer insights to influence internal roadmap and strategy
