Digital Media Solutions is seeking a highly motivated, energetic and resourceful Account Manager to join our Health Division. This role is ideal for a relationship-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing clients, ensuring campaign success and partnering cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize performance and drive revenue growth. You will act as a trusted advisor to your clients, helping them achieve their goals while representing DMS as a strategic partner in the health insurance and lead generation space. While this is not a direct sales role, candidates with sales experience or a background in customer-facing roles that influence revenue, retention and client satisfaction will excel. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of key accounts, develop strategic account plans and contribute directly to the growth of the Digital Media Solutions health division.
Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients through regular, meaningful interactions
Manage client satisfaction, retention and growth for a portfolio of existing accounts
Support onboarding for new clients and monitor ongoing campaign performance to meet client objectives
Collaborate with Supply, Operations and Data teams to develop account strategies, optimize campaigns and identify opportunities for growth
Prepare and present regular campaign performance reports, including analysis and recommendations aligned with client KPIs
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparent communication and timely resolution of issues
Investigate and resolve campaign issues or client concerns efficiently
Contribute to team initiatives and assist with other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
2–5 years of experience in account or client management, ideally in lead generation or health insurance
Strong understanding of Medicare, U65 and Life insurance products
Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
Ability to build relationships, prioritize effectively and navigate challenging client situations
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Google Docs and PowerPoint
willingness to leverage AI and digital tools to improve performance
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
