Job Description:

As an Account Manager, you have the opportunity to join a dynamic team at Awin. We are a proactive and creative group, working closely with Awin offices worldwide and continuously evolving. We are looking for a new team member who will focus on building relationships with our existing clients. The Warsaw office primarily operates in the Polish market but also collaborates with clients in Central and Eastern Europe.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing affiliate programs in the Polish and CEE markets - coordinating cooperation with other Awin departments
  • Deepening knowledge related to industry trends and Awin products - conducting training sessions and meetings, providing support and ongoing assistance to clients
  • Recruiting new publishers and developing cooperation with current ones - ensuring an increase in the number and intensity of collaborations
  • Analyzing activities and projects - creating reports and analyses for assigned clients and participating in internal projects
  • Taking a proactive approach to customer service - identifying problems, new opportunities, and preparing recommendations and solutions
  • Building relationships - participating in client events, networking meetings, and training workshops

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Polish and English, both spoken and written
  • Experience in digital marketing from another affiliate network, e-commerce, publisher, or media house
  • Knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry, including commission models, tracking solutions, and various affiliate channels
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a flexible manner
  • Commitment to program development and providing excellent customer service
  • Quick learner with strong team orientation and a positive, enthusiastic attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, and a willingness to learn new technology systems

Nice to have:

Knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus
