An established and rapidly expanding facilities management provider is looking for an Account Manager to lead a cleaning contract across multiple sites. You’ll oversee a large-scale operation, managing multiple sites and a team of 50+, driving service excellence, compliance, and client satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same.
Job Responsibility:
Leading, developing and motivating operational teams
Managing client relationships and contract performance
Driving service quality, audits, and compliance
Identifying improvements, efficiencies, and growth opportunities
Overseeing budgets, reporting, and forecasting
Requirements:
Proven experience in contract or account management (FM / cleaning preferred)
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
