As they continue to grow, they’re looking for a driven Account Manager to join their team in the West Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something exceptional.

Job Responsibility:

Managing print, large-format, and promotional merchandise campaigns
Meeting KPIs, SLAs, and managing project timelines
Collaborating with internal teams and clients for seamless execution
Ensuring profitability and maintaining high standards of quality

Requirements:

Experience in print production and client services
Bonus: knowledge of promotional merchandise
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Proficient in Excel, Word, and MIS platforms
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:
