We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to serve as the main point of contact between our company and its clients. The Account Manager will ensure smooth communication, manage project timelines, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients
Understand client goals and translate them into internal briefs
Coordinate between design, development, and marketing teams
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups
Manage proposals, quotations, and project scopes
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Handle client feedback and issue resolution
Prepare reports and performance summaries
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in an agency environment
Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, paid ads, content, email marketing)
