Job Responsibility:
Support the Sales Manager in establishing good practices in the customers’ commercial handling
Develop our sales and contribute to the smooth running of our company
Build good relationship with the customer that enhances the image of the Business Unit / Division / Aptiv
Calculate and follow the selling prices based on the defined cost models and solves price discrepancies
Translate for internal use and transfer in the system orders and prices received
Establish prototype and logistic quotes to support the projects and the sales team
Follow tooling and manual invoices with the finance team
Interface between cost collection team and the customer
Supplies action and interface with the customer to release blocked invoices and solve overdue
SAP user to support and help the team with main collection issues and volume, price tracking
Follow the program in development with the Key Account Manager support and make sure appropriate sales support and expertise are provided to the development team
Be knowledgeable of all customer programs
Interface with Sales Mgr/ divisional program managers who are working on specific customer forward programs
Interact with and connect all divisional functions (sales, engineering, quality, logistics, etc.) to ensure that the customer’s expectations are being communicated and met
Work with EMEA Engineering team
Communicate technical requirements and trends back to the division and Aptiv technical centers
Requirements:
None to two years’ experience in the automotive industry
Master in Engineering
Strong customer and result orientation
Fluent in French and English
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization
