ONPOS (Online Non Prescription Ordering Service) Account Manager to play a key role in supporting our ONPOS platform, ensuring customers gain maximum value while helping us grow revenue across key accounts. This is a role for someone who thrives on collaboration, insight, and delivering solutions that make a real difference to healthcare professionals and their patients.
Job Responsibility:
drive revenue across key accounts
maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
provide regular optimisation calls
deliver valuable insights into customer usage
ensure solutions align with customer needs and objectives
support new account implementations virtually
gain deep understanding of ordering patterns
work closely with regional teams to resolve supply or ordering issues
analyse ONPOS Power BI data to track progress
proactively engage with customers to identify opportunities
deliver product demonstrations and training to drive continued usage
attend regional business reviews to share learnings
collaborate with the ONPOS System Lead to address account requests and system requirements
Requirements:
sales professional with experience in account management
ideally with knowledge of wound care or healthcare (not essential)
strong interpersonal skills
attention to detail
ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
experience with Power BI data analysis and Salesforce (SFDC) is desirable
proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change
prospecting skills to identify future opportunities
proactive, curious mindset
strong desire to succeed within an ethical framework
forward-thinking, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement
Nice to have:
