As a Partnership Success Coordinator, you will hold a key position, responsible for deepening existing partnerships with retailers and commercial real estate owners, in order to embed our kiosks seamlessly into their retail operations.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure the satisfaction of signed clients by working closely with the Operations team
Drive client adoption of our various tools to integrate with their retail activities
Design and launch special campaigns on the kiosks aligned with retailers’ events
Maximize our Net Promoter Score (NPS) among clients
Collect client feedback to inform our product roadmap and sales messaging
Automate the above processes as much as possible
Identify underperforming locations and propose initiatives to increase usage
Expand our partner network
Identify locations where additional kiosks can be deployed and secure extension contracts on existing sites
Turn existing clients into ambassadors to support outreach to new prospects
Coordinate with the broader Business Development team to support the achievement of commercial growth objectives
Requirements:
Master’s degree (Bachelor +5) from a top Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent
2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in Customer Success Management within a fast-growing B2B scale-up
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with a clear sense of priorities
Pragmatic and solution-oriented
Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with autonomy and independence
Rigorous and methodical
Highly comfortable with both written and spoken communication, with a strong affinity for client interaction
Excellent stress management skills
Strong commercial acumen, combined with creativity and a taste for challenge
Ability to understand our Business Plan and key growth and profitability drivers
Strong interest and enthusiasm for sustainable mobility
Fluency in English is required
Nice to have:
Experience in electric mobility is a plus
