Job Description

We are currently working with a well-established and growing electronics business supplying electronic components, kits, assemblies, and tailored solutions across a wide range of industries. With a reputation for technical expertise and exceptional customer service, they are expanding their internal sales team and looking for an experienced Account Manager to join the team.

Job Responsibility

  • Take ownership of a portfolio of existing customer accounts, acting as their primary internal contact
  • Focus on strengthening relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering outstanding service from enquiry through to order completion
  • Work closely with external sales, purchasing, and technical teams
  • Play a key role in driving revenue growth while ensuring a seamless customer experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience in internal sales, customer account management, or a similar commercial role (electronics or technical sector advantageous)
  • Solid understanding of electronic components – or the enthusiasm and aptitude to quickly develop technical knowledge
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build strong, lasting customer relationships
  • Commercially minded, target-driven, and motivated to identify growth opportunities
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working with ERP systems and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
