As a Major Account Manager within our Major Accounts Division, you will be responsible for driving new business development and strategic account management for Japan’s leading corporations in the manufacturing industry.
Job Responsibility
Strategic Account Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for five of Japan’s most influential manufacturing enterprises
Executive Engagement: Build and maintain deep relationships with CxOs and high-level stakeholders to align security initiatives with their overarching business goals
Opportunity Creation: Drive the full sales lifecycle—from account planning and prospecting to complex negotiations and closing—in a high-touch environment
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead "One Team" initiatives by coordinating with Product Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to maximize brand awareness and business impact
DX Enablement: Empower clients to accelerate their digital transformation by providing AI-driven, platform-based security strategies that mitigate modern risks
Requirements
Experience: 5+ years of high-touch enterprise sales experience within the IT industry (Software, Hardware, or SIer)
Industry Expertise: Proven track record of managing and closing deals within the Manufacturing sector
Enterprise Excellence: Deep experience in "Hunting" and "Farming" within large-scale enterprise accounts
Executive Presence: Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with CxO-level executives
