This position is responsible for developing strategic relationships with internal and external parties and implementing strategies pertaining to these objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and ensure overall profitability of assigned customers
Manage local sales team to perform at service excellence level
Develop relationships at customer locations at management level
Develop relationships with local and regional suppliers
Negotiate profitable contract agreements
Develop and drive supply chain initiatives
Facilitate reviews to outline results, opportunities and issues
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree Holder in Electronics Engineering/Marketing/Business related subject matter
Minimum 3 - 5 years sales experience gained from the Electronic Components or Logistics industry
Solid understanding of product cycle and manufacturing procedures of customer
Demonstrated relationship building skills, typically with customer and supplier
Solid knowledge on products and technology development in the Electronic Components industry and on Supply Chain Solutions
Excellent customer service, negotiation and interpersonal skills, analytical and problem solving skills
Be aggressive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Excellent communication and presentation skill with good business sense is essential
