The Account Manager serves as the primary relationship lead for assigned members across PERC & Opti-Port. This role drives member growth, engagement & retention through strategic account management, vendor alignment, onboarding & education. In partnership with vendors, facilitators & internal teams, the Account Manager ensures operational excellence, compliance & delivery of measurable value.

Conduct business reviews focused on performance, vendor utilization, profitability & growth opportunities
Support new member recruitment & onboarding
Maintain consistent communication to drive satisfaction, retention & lifecycle engagement
Partner with study group facilitators to strengthen participation & program adoption
Ensure accounts are aligned with vendor partners, maintaining accurate reporting & rebate eligibility
Collaborate with vendors & internal stakeholders to secure & sustain program compliance
Educate members on vendor contracts, program benefits & compliance requirements
