Job Description:

As an Account Manager, you will be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them through the exciting world of sustainable merchandise. Your role will involve managing projects end-to-end, ensuring that every campaign meets commercial goals and ESG standards. This is a client-facing, impact-driven role perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships and managing multiple projects while making a tangible difference.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and nurture long-term partnerships with purpose-led clients
  • Advise on ESG-compliant merchandise strategies aligned with client sustainability goals
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and prospect for new business
  • Present innovative, eco-conscious product solutions that deliver brand impact
  • Manage the full project lifecycle: quoting, artwork approval, production, and delivery
  • Oversee VIP client webstores in collaboration with our digital and logistics teams
  • Source products from our global network of certified sustainable suppliers
  • Ensure all outputs meet our high standards for quality, ethics, and sustainability
  • Support client pitches and presentations with sustainability insights
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns that showcase our environmental impact
  • Mentor junior team members on sustainable sourcing and best practises
  • Contribute to sales strategy meetings with ESG-focused insights

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in account management, promotional merchandise, or sustainability-focused sales
  • Strong knowledge of branding, print production, and merchandise supply chains
  • Familiarity with ESG principles and sustainable sourcing (desirable)
  • Proficient in CRM systems (Workbooks a plus), Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Passionate about sustainability and responsible business
  • Excellent communicator and natural relationship builder
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
  • Confident presenter with a consultative approach
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • BPMA certification or training is a plus

Nice to have:

  • BPMA certification or training
  • Familiarity with ESG principles and sustainable sourcing
