You will join our client as an Account Manager for North America, working in the Interactive division. You will own relationships with online casino operators, focusing on revenue growth through game launches, effective promotions, and strong game positioning. You will use data and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and work with the wider team to deliver on the growth plan. This role is remote with regional coverage, and relocation is not offered. You should be based in the United States, ideally in New Jersey or Pennsylvania. You will drive revenue by negotiating terms, onboarding new operators, and expanding brand presence across the interactive market. You will lead with clear communication, build lasting relationships, and collaborate across global teams to deliver results.
Job Responsibility:
Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to drive revenue
Travel regularly to meet US customers and attend industry events
Develop and execute account plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Conduct regular business reviews to drive actions and growth
Onboard new operators with the right game packages, positioning, and promotions
Use data and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy
Negotiate contracts, renewals, and extensions with operators
Represent the company at events and build a strong market presence
Requirements:
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and persuasive
Proven track record of developing and implementing efficient processes
Experience managing operator accounts in the Interactive casino field
Proven ability to achieve financial targets and grow wallet share
Strong leadership, management, and presentation skills
Contract negotiation experience and excellent communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
Able to operate effectively at multiple organizational levels
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field is advantageous
