Job Description:

In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a key role in fostering relationships with clients, evaluating their needs, and offering tailored loan solutions. If you excel in delivering exceptional service and have a strong understanding of financial services, this opportunity is for you.

Job Responsibility:

Identify and pursue opportunities to generate new loan business with both new and existing clients
assess customer needs to recommend appropriate consumer loans and voluntary product solutions
prepare and submit accurate loan applications, proposals, and offers, ensuring timely follow-up with applicants
guide potential borrowers through the loan process, addressing their questions and providing clear explanations of loan products
take proactive steps to resolve customer concerns and collaborate with management to address challenges related to problem loans

Requirements:

Proficiency in using CRM systems and accounting software
familiarity with financial functions such as billing and budgeting processes
experience with campaign planning and execution
strong knowledge of financial services and consumer loan products
excellent communication and problem-solving skills to support customer needs effectively
