Job Responsibility
Manage a portfolio of business accounts and serve as a consistent point of contact for client needs and opportunities
Respond to inbound inquiries promptly, assess customer requirements, and recommend appropriate products or services
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention, satisfaction, and account expansion
Identify sales opportunities within existing and prospective accounts to support overall business growth
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up, accurate information, and effective service delivery
Track account activity, pipeline progress, and client interactions to maintain organized and up-to-date records
Prepare proposals, pricing details, and solution recommendations tailored to customer objectives
Requirements
Experience in account management, inside sales, or a related business-to-business sales role
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain productive client relationships
Strong communication skills with the ability to handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
Proven success identifying customer needs and translating them into sales opportunities
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-moving environment
