As Account Manager, you will own and grow a portfolio of existing customers. Your focus is retention, expansion and client satisfaction. You will deepen relationships with system integrators and solution partners, ensure they get maximum value from our products, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and coordinate with internal resources to deliver on commitments. You will be seen by customers as a trusted advisor who understands their technical and commercial goals and helps them achieve measurable outcomes. You will visit clients and partners in your assigned territories and represent ARVOO at relevant (international) events.
Job Responsibility:
Build account plans (covering a range of account types and sizes) that drive retention, expansion and customer advocacy
Lead regular business reviews, track performance against agreed actions, and turn insights into clear next steps
Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the ARVOO portfolio which bring additional operational / commercial value
Oversee renewals and ongoing commercial terms, ensuring timely forecasting and accurate CRM hygiene
Keep customers informed on relevant new products, features and services
Act as a voice of the customer within ARVOO, helping to shape our roadmap priorities with relevant evidence and data
Manage issues with urgency driving resolution and communicating clearly on status
Represent ARVOO at client and partner meetings as well as trade fairs
Requirements:
Based in The Netherlands
Driven, self-starter with genuine passion for building strong, lasting customer relationships
Hungry to get thoroughly under the skin of complex software and hardware solutions
Excellent technical credibility with an infectious passion for advanced technology and the benefits it brings
Can build and execute clear account plans with measurable targets
Highly organised, thorough and dependable
Engaging, personable and highly empathic in customer interaction
Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is comfortable covering a wide range of tasks to achieve objectives
Preferably, at least a bachelor’s-degree level education in a technical or commercial field
Ideally, two or more years of relevant experience in account management or customer success in an international B2B and/or B2G setting
Highly proficient in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
Comfortable with national and international travel where needed to support account and partner needs
Experienced with Microsoft Office and common business software, including CRM
Holds a valid driving licence
Nice to have:
Proficiency in French and/or German is an advantage
Experience with tender processes and managing complex contracts is a plus
