Account Manager

• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building trust and ensuring client satisfaction
• Strategic Planning: Understand client goals and seasonal trends to help shape product ranges and commercial strategies
• Project Coordination: Oversee the full lifecycle of client orders-from concept and design briefing to production and delivery
• Sales & Forecasting: Monitor account performance, track forecasts, and identify opportunities for growth and upselling
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with design, sourcing, and production teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery
• Problem Solving: Proactively address challenges, propose solutions, and maintain high standards of service and delivery

• Proven experience in account management, ideally within the fashion or retail industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools
• SAP experience is a plus
• A proactive, adaptable, and commercially aware approach
