Join our clients team as an Account Manager in a growing fashion business. You'll be the driving force behind client relationships, ensuring their needs are met while fostering long-term partnerships. You'll work closely with internal teams across design, production, and merchandising to bring collections to life and deliver outstanding results.
Job Responsibility:
Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building trust and ensuring client satisfaction
Strategic Planning: Understand client goals and seasonal trends to help shape product ranges and commercial strategies
Project Coordination: Oversee the full lifecycle of client orders-from concept and design briefing to production and delivery
Sales & Forecasting: Monitor account performance, track forecasts, and identify opportunities for growth and upselling
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with design, sourcing, and production teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery
Problem Solving: Proactively address challenges, propose solutions, and maintain high standards of service and delivery
Requirements:
Proven experience in account management, ideally within the fashion or retail industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools
SAP experience is a plus
A proactive, adaptable, and commercially aware approach
