Job Responsibility:
Upsell and Cross-Sell Opportunities: Spot and seize upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise account value and align with customer needs
Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to secure long-term partnerships with key Mid-Market and Enterprise customers
Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture trusted relationships with decision-makers and C-levels, ensuring customer satisfaction
Contract negotiation: Lead contract discussions, managing terms, pricing and legal negotiations while balancing customer retention with revenue growth goals
Forecasting and reporting: Use data to maintain accurate forecasts, identify risks, and uncover opportunities
Risk mitigation: Proactively address customer challenges to prevent churn and escalate critical issues to senior management when needed to ensure timely resolution
Requirements:
Proven experience in Account Management or as a Customer Success Manager, managing upsell and cross-sell opportunities in the mid-market and enterprise segments in the B2B SaaS industry
Proven track record in expanding business across business units of a given group
Experience leading contract negotiations
Strong analytical skills and use data (customer data, product usage, etc.) to build strategies and make decisions
Familiar with the e-commerce and martech space
Speak French and English fluently
