Manage client and consultant interactions throughout assignments, ensuring seamless communication and a positive experience for all stakeholders
Identify opportunities to expand accounts and provide value-added services, contributing to business growth
Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver high-quality staffing solutions
Communicate effectively with corporate stakeholders to establish credibility and trust
Execute staffing requests with precision, ensuring attention to detail and timely follow-through
Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a client-focused approach
Provide exceptional service by understanding client requirements and delivering tailored solutions
Support business objectives by contributing to a results-driven and fast-paced work environment
Requirements:
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented approach
Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn in a client-facing role
Confidence and credibility to collaborate with high-level stakeholders
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment
Experience in Account Management, Executive Recruiting, or B2B Inside Sales is preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
