The Account Manager is responsible for relationship building with current contacts, identifying and building relationships with new contacts, generating new business, selling our services, growing the account(s), and driving results. We take the time to build relationships with clients and candidates so we can truly understand what they need and how we can help them succeed!
Job Responsibility:
Identify client prospects in need of temporary and/or direct hire workforce services & solutions
Develop strong relationships with hiring managers via phone, text, email, social media and in-person
Execute the activities that will gain results (lots of outbound cold calls, virtual, and on-site client meetings)
Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions
Expand our reach with a tech and personal touch approach
Place the strongest talent in the right roles for our clients
Screen and validate each talent identified and sourced by the Knight Rider (KR) team before submission to the client by TA
Attend in-take calls with TA & KR team for new job orders
Participate in post-interview feedback from MSP/Clients and share feedback with the KR team to improve the quality of submission
Attend weekly/monthly supplier update calls
Create a playbook for each account with help of the Talent Ambassadors
Organize and participate in regular QBRs (in-person/virtual) - include other LOB AMs for TTA purposes
Participate in quality control with the hiring managers (in-person/virtual)
Execute quarterly quality control touch base with the Talent
Negotiate pricing with talent to ensure maximum return on quality solutions
Offer innovative and creative employment solutions to the client and talent
Provide services that consistently delight our clients and talent
Expand existing relationships by farming accounts for new opportunities
Manage candidate database effectively and continuously maintain candidate ‘pool’ for frequent roles (includes weekly tracking of activities, and talent portal submissions)
Have a thorough knowledge of MSA and accounts’ SLAs, processes and compliances and follow them diligently
Navigate and work with various software and technological tools
Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders
Negotiate job intake process through spotlight calls and questionnaire
Requirements:
Proven sales history of qualifying and closing business
Experience with high compliance and complex processes
Serious ambition and intention to make important things happen for candidates & clients
Highly accountable team player approach
Post-secondary education in business, HR, or related field
Must have a demonstrated success in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a proven ability in time management, multitasking and prioritization
Has a proven track record of making good matches for their clients
Must be comfortable navigating various technological applications
knowledge of employment standards and human rights legislation
Nice to have:
Bilingualism is an asset
Previous experience in recruitment experience is an asset
