Lead an on-site team of 3 Randstad professionals, acting as the critical bridge between the client, your team, and Randstad’s backend supporting functions
partner closely with the client's hiring managers to maximize vacancy capture, managing and tracking up to 70 open white-collar requisitions at any given time alongside our delivery team
analyze account data, build compelling presentations, and deliver strategic reviews that align Randstad’s commercial priorities with the client’s vision
Requirements
Recruitment Account Management: proven track record managing large-scale, outsourced white-collar recruitment solutions (onsite or managed service provider experience is ideal)
VMS Expertise: heavy experience navigating VMS systems (B-Line experience is a massive plus)
Data Literacy: can look at a spreadsheet, spot the narrative, and turn it into a polished presentation for senior stakeholders
Leadership & Escalation Skills: knows how to motivate a small team and confidently manage tough conversations with client stakeholders or internal HR when issues arise
Strong Communication: can seamlessly shift style whether speaking with a warehouse manager, a lab researcher, or a corporate executive
