Job Responsibility

  • Lead an on-site team of 3 Randstad professionals, acting as the critical bridge between the client, your team, and Randstad’s backend supporting functions
  • partner closely with the client's hiring managers to maximize vacancy capture, managing and tracking up to 70 open white-collar requisitions at any given time alongside our delivery team
  • conduct monthly compliance audits, oversee invoicing, resolve queries, and track actions rigorously
  • analyze account data, build compelling presentations, and deliver strategic reviews that align Randstad’s commercial priorities with the client’s vision

Requirements

  • Recruitment Account Management: proven track record managing large-scale, outsourced white-collar recruitment solutions (onsite or managed service provider experience is ideal)
  • VMS Expertise: heavy experience navigating VMS systems (B-Line experience is a massive plus)
  • Data Literacy: can look at a spreadsheet, spot the narrative, and turn it into a polished presentation for senior stakeholders
  • Leadership & Escalation Skills: knows how to motivate a small team and confidently manage tough conversations with client stakeholders or internal HR when issues arise
  • Strong Communication: can seamlessly shift style whether speaking with a warehouse manager, a lab researcher, or a corporate executive
