Field Account Manager – OTE £100k - Uncapped Commission Structure. The Opportunity: Our Account Managers are instrumental in delivering an excellent customer experience and helping our customers realise the full benefits of Safetykleen’s products and services. You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 70 live accounts across Colchester, Witham, Cambridge and some surrounding areas. You’ll be at the forefront of driving growth, improving customer productivity and supporting their sustainability goals, while ensuring they always receive a high standard of service and proactive strategic account management. This is a field-based role with travel aligned to customer needs. Job Responsibility
Manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 70 live accounts across Colchester, Witham, Cambridge and some surrounding areas
Drive growth, improve customer productivity and support their sustainability goals
Ensure high standard of service and proactive strategic account management
Strategic account management supporting customers so their needs are anticipated, service is consistent, retention is strong and partnerships are long term
Growing revenue and value by building and executing account strategies that grow profitable revenue, drive upsell and cross-sell
Building senior stakeholder relationships with teams using our solutions daily and director level and senior decision makers
Owning results by consistently aiming to meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements
Valid UK driving licence is essential for this field-based role.

What we offer
£32,000 - £35,000 base salary
1st year OTE £60k (uncapped)
2nd year £80k - £100K
£5,200 per year car allowance or company car
