As an Account Manager focused on off-street and private operators, you will play a key role in this task. From time to time, you will also provide support to projects related to municipalities.
Job Responsibility:
Creation of new contracts and implementation of solutions
Area testing and responsibility for the entire process
Establishing initial contacts with potential clients and negotiating agreements
Working closely with parking management consultants on various projects
Supporting customers in everyday challenges
Identification and analysis of opportunities in the field of off-street parking
Maintaining and deepening relationships with private parking operators and other key stakeholders
Use and manage CRM tools such as Salesforce
Requirements:
Knowledge of sales skills with prior knowledge of IT or with supplementary education in IT
Bachelor's degree in computer science, economics or similar studies
At least 3 years of experience in consulting sales, especially in complex services (e.g. SaaS) with proven ability to build strong relationships with commercial clients
Experience and good knowledge of cloud services (Office 365, Google Workspace)
Experience as technical support and project management (e.g. using tools such as Jira)
Experience in sales promotion and proven sales results
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and an in-depth understanding of stakeholder management
Strong business intuition and ability to think conceptually
Fluency in Slovenian and English (Italian is an advantage)
