As an Account Manager at Dalton Maag, you will develop and maintain long-standing, mutually beneficial relationships with prospects, agencies, and end-clients. Throughout each project lifecycle, you will guide customers through Dalton Maag’s service offering, proposing and delivering solutions that precisely meet their needs. You will play an integral role at every stage of a project - from responding to new enquiries, preparing quotes, and compiling proposals, through to project planning, scheduling, and ongoing management, as well as general account administration such as CRM maintenance, invoicing, and aftercare. You will act as a key contact for font licensing enquiries, logo and wordmark refinement requests, basic modification enquiries, and small custom projects, managing a portfolio of these smaller-scale engagements and conversions. Across all aspects of your work, you will consistently communicate Dalton Maag’s distinctive value proposition. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team and Creative Directors to identify and develop new business opportunities, while continuing to support and grow an international client portfolio.

Requirements:
Ability to manage multiple concurrent client projects from initiation through to aftercare
Strong drive to build and develop long-term relationships with both agencies and end-clients
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets across new and existing business
Ability to identify customer requirements, articulate value, and convert opportunities across a diverse client portfolio
Outstanding communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills
Confidence in public speaking
High level of commercial awareness
Exceptional customer service skills
Impeccable attention to detail with a thorough approach to record-keeping
Excellent written and spoken English
Nice to have:
Experience working within the creative industry
Familiarity with competitive tendering processes
