Account Manager – Energy & SaaS Clients. We are looking for an Account Manager to take ownership of post‑sale relationships across our UK and European customer base. You’ll work closely with organisations involved in energy investment, development, and operations, helping them maximise value from a data‑driven software platform. This role blends customer success, commercial growth, and product feedback, with a strong emphasis on building long-term strategic relationships.
Job Responsibility:
Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts, ensuring strong retention, subscription growth, and active product usage
Lead regular check-ins and reviews to show clients how our analytics platform supports better decision‑making
Translate customer needs, questions, and feature requests into structured feedback for the product team
Build deep understanding of energy‑market trends to act as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor
Attend relevant industry events and conferences to maintain relationships and stay close to market developments
Requirements:
3–5 years’ experience in account management or customer success within a B2B SaaS environment
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while balancing retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities
Strong commercial awareness and confidence in navigating commercial conversations
Interest in — or willingness to rapidly learn — the energy sector
Nice to have:
Experience using modern SaaS tools (e.g., CRM, customer success, or revenue enablement platforms)
A network within the energy ecosystem (e.g., investors, developers, utilities, operators)
Background working with data, analytics, or research‑driven products
